Obtaining a Trial Digital ID from DocuSign

This section provides a tutorial example on how to obtain a trial digital ID from ARX CoSign and use it to sign MS Word documents.

Another way to get a digital ID for testing purpose is to apply for a trial personal certificate from DocuSign.

1. Go to DocuSign registration page at https://go.docusign.com/dsa-trial/signup/.

2. Fill in the form with your name, email address, and a password to protect your person certificate.

3. Wait for the activation email in your email box and follow their instructions to finish up the registration process.

4. At the end, they will let you download and install your personal certificate to your WIndows system.

5. Run MS Word again. You should another digital ID that you can use to sign your document.
