Add New Users on macOS

This section provides a tutorial on how to add new users and give them system administration permission on macOS.

macOS is multi-user system, you can add new users following these steps:

1. Go to "Settings" > "Users & Groups".

2. Click the lock icon to unlock the settings.

3. Click the "+" icon to add a new user.

4. Fill in the user profile and password form. And click "Create User" to finish.

5. Select the new user profile. And check "Allow user to administer this computer" to make the user as the system administrator.

6. Restart the computer.
