NetZero is a low-cost Internet service provider. NetZero has utilities
that can be installed on a computer to facilitate some Web browser
features, such as searches. The NetZero service is installed on the
computer and an icon is located in the system tray. You can disable
the taskbar icon without removing the software from the machine.
Disabling the taskbar icon removes it from the system tray and stops
it from loading in the background.
