This section describes 'real' 'less-than' operation

The "real" "less-than" operation is provided through the real.lessThan() function, which has the following syntax:

real.lessThan(a, b)

Parameters:
a - The first "real" data object
b - The second "real" data object

Design options:

1. Use "<" as the "less-than" operator.

2. Use "lt" as the "less-than" operator.
