This section provides a list of sample programs provided in Xerces2 Java 2.11.0 XML Schema 1.1 Beta version that you can use to parse and validate XML documents.

If you read through the documentation provided in the Xerces2 Java 2.11.0 XML Schema 1.1 Beta version, you will see a number of very nice sample programs that you can use to parse and validate XML documents:

dom.Counter - Counting total number of elements, attributes, etc. using DOM technology.
dom.GetElementsByTagName - Listing elements with their names and attributes using DOM technology.
dom.Writer - Writing back elements, attributes, and contents using DOM technology.
dom.ElementPrinter - Printing back elements in tree format uding DOM technology.
