"string" "add" Operation
This section describes 'string' 'add' operation
The "string" "add" operation is provided through the string.add() function, which has the following syntax:
string.add(a, b) Parameters: a - First "string" data object b - Second "string" data object Return: Returns a new "string" data object representing concatenation of strings represented in "a" and "b".
The "string" "add" operation can be expressed in the "+" operator format:
a + b; # alias of the following function call string.add(a, b);
Another alias is supported too:
string.concatenate(a, b); # alias of the following function call string.add(a, b);
Design options:
1. Use + as the "string" "add" operator.
2. Use & as the "string" "add" operator.
3. Use . as the "string" "add" operator.
