Audio CD (CD-DA) Player Devices
This section describes the physical parameters of an audio CD (Compact Disc Digital Audio or CD-DA).
Audio CD (Compact Disc Digital Audio or CD-DA) player devices are electronic devices that are dedicated to play back sounds (music, songs, voice messages, etc.) recorded on the audio CD. Examples of audio CD player devices are CD players in cars, CD players in home audio systems, etc.
An audio CD player device should have the following logo displayed on the device:
An audio CD player device should be able to automatically play the first sound track starting from index 1.
Au audio CD player device should be able to read the TOC (Table Of Contents) on the audio CD. It will use this information to allow fast forward (seek) the next sound track.
