Viewing REST Service Properties
This section provides a tutorial example on how to view REST service properties using the SoapUI Service Viewer, which has 3 tabs: Overview, Service Endpoints, and WADL Content.
Once a WADL document is loaded, you can use the Service Viewer to browse any services defined in the WADL document.
1. Continue from the previous tutorial.
2. Double click on "Hello_REST" service in the "HelloREST" project. The Service Viewer shows up with 3 tabs: Overview, Service Endpoints, and WADL Content.
3. Click the Overview tab, properties of "Hello_REST" are displayed as shown in this picture:
This Overview tab tells us:
WSDL Definition ------ WADL URL: http://www.herongyang.com/Service/Hello_REST.wadl Definition parts ------ Hello_REST.wadl: http://www.herongyang.com/Service/Hello_REST.wadl Resources ------ Name: Hello_REST.php Path: Hello_REST.php
