Playing Flash as "object[@data]" on IE 10
This section provides a tutorial example on how IE 10 renders Flash files specified in the 'data' attribute of an 'object' element.
To see how IE (Internet Explorer) handles the Flash provided in the "data" attribute of an "object" element, I opened object_swf.html created in the previous section with IE 10, and got a warning message near the page bottom: "Internet Explorer restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls. [Allow blocked content]".
I clicked the "Allow blocked content" button. But IE 10 failed to complete the rendering process. Its loading circle keeps spinning:
What I learned from the result:
Comparing with Firefox 26, IE 10 behaves poorly on playing Flash files provided in "object" elements.
