After installing the Android SDK starter package, you can use the Android SDK Manager to see what additional tools and libraries that are available from the Android developer center.

Double-click on "C:\local\android-sdk-windows\SDK Manager.exe". The "Android SDK Manager" windows will show up with a list of libraries and tools for different versions of Android platforms that are currently available for download:

• Tools/Android SDK Tools - Basic tools installed already as part of the starter package.
• Tools/Android SDK Platform-tools - Common tools to build applications.
• Android 4.0.3 (API15) (Released on Dec. 16, 2011) - Libraries and tools for Android 4.03 platforms.
• Android 4.0 (API14) (Released on Oct. 19, 2011) - Libraries and tools for Android 4.0 platforms.
• Android 3.2 (API13) (Released on Jul. 15, 2011) - Libraries and tools for Android 3.2 platforms.
• Android 3.1 (API12) (Released on May 10, 2011) - Libraries and tools for Android 3.1 platforms.
• Android 3.0 (API11) (Released on Feb. 22, 2011) - Libraries and tools for Android 3.0 platforms.
• Android 2.3.3 (API10) (Released on Feb. 9, 2011) - Libraries and tools for Android 2.3.3 platforms.
• Android 2.2 (API8) (Released on May 20, 2010) - Libraries and tools for Android 2.2 platforms.
• Android 2.1 (API7) (Released on Jan. 12, 2010) - Libraries and tools for Android 2.1 platforms.
• Android 1.6 (API4) (Released on Sep. 15, 2009) - Libraries and tools for Android 1.6 platform.
• Android 1.5 (API3) (Released on Apr. 30, 2009) - Libraries and tools for Android 1.5 platform.
• Extra - Additional libraries for USB driver and other interfaces.
